OWNERS COMMENTS

Njord has provided us with many weeks and weekends of enjoyable cruising around the channel islands, Northern France, the West Country and of course the Solent. It has always been a joy to return to Njord wherever she is berthed as we admire her sleek lines and uncluttered deck. Shesails easily in light winds, but some of our best sailing has been gliding through the Solent chop in

30knots of wind and remaining dry in the high centre cockpit. With all the lines led to the cockpit, it

makes sailing with two easy. Many family days have been enjoyed on-board and at sea.

MANUFACTURERS COMMENTS

Designed by Dick Carter and built in 1994 by Northshore Yachts Ltd. The Southerly 1115 series II is

possible the most versatile cruiser ever made. An excellent family orientated boat with plenty of

space on deck and down below in the 3 separate cabin areas. A safe centre cockpit and an

alternative interior helm and throttle position with fantastic view. She has a spacious, well

appointed interior; her upholstery is relatively new and their is a superb sized galley area. In mast

furling, 125% furling genoa make solo or duo handling easy.
